Bathroom remodel, new floor, toilet, tub , tile, and paint.
- Laura WEfrain and his assistant, Levi, just finished a repair to our large covered deck and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Not only did they do a great job, Efrain showed up when he said he would, and always on time. Besides being professional, he was kind and friendly, as was Levi, and it was fun to hear them work together; we could tell they have a great working relationship and mutually respect one another. - Sean GEfrain is a reliable, competent, contractor. He prices his jobs competitively and to deliver value to the client. The things folks most often dislike about dealing with contractors - price, responsiveness, competency in their work, do not apply to Efrain. As well, other contractors and city inspectors complemented Efrain's work along the way. I have already referred Efrain to other friends and colleagues who are in the market for a contractor's services. I highly recommend Efrain and Arias Builders.

Their second project was removing part of our fence line and extending it down about 20 feet so we could turn the RV parking in the frontyard into a patio in the backyard. In addition to extending the fence line down they installed double doors to allow an extra wide opening ...
